Salem Health's Community Health Education Center has wonderful classes for new parents and family members. You can schedule a tour at the Family Birth Center, learn about infant CPR and choking, and get prepared with our childbirth education series and more! At Salem Health, we want to make sure that all your needs are met for this exciting time in your life. It’s important that you know what you can expect upon your arrival to the Family Birth Center.

While there’s really no way to predict when you will go into labor, it’s important to know what signs you can expect from your body at the onset of labor.
