We want to provide the best care possible, so let us know what you think! Good or bad, your feedback tells us how we’re doing and helps us improve.

Feel free to discuss any concerns directly with your nurse or another member of the health care team. If you have a care or safety concern that you don't feel was properly addressed by the care team, call the Salem Health patient advocates at 503-561-5765 or email them at

Corporate Integrity compliance hotline

Salem Health has established a compliance hotline for people to report suspected fraud or abuse within the hospital system.

Patients, employees and guests can voice their concerns about any issue. Hotline calls may be placed anytime, day or night, by calling 800-944-4908.

Calls can be made anonymously and steps will be taken, as much as legally allowable, to protect the confidentiality of the caller.
