Certified nurse-midwives

The midwives of Salem Health are skilled at tailoring care for your needs. They support women in labor — both natural childbirth and those who choose an epidural. They also care for women who plan a repeat cesarean delivery and are able to assist surgeons during surgery.

The midwives work in consultation with Salem Health obstetric hospitalists. Whether the pregnancy is routine or develops high-risk complications, Salem Health’s collaborative approach ensures women, babies and families receive the care they deserve throughout this momentous event.
