Support for those in the Salem community affected by breast cancer. An opportunity to connect with each other and share experiences.

Where: Salem Hospital, Building C, Conference Center

When: Third Wednesday of each month, 6 to 8 p.m.

For women who have experienced radiation, chemotherapy or surgical treatment for gynecological cancers.

Where: Virtual and in-person, Building C, Salem Cancer Center Conference Room

When: First Tuesday, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Support for women living with advanced (stage IV) cancer. Meet others facing a similar diagnosis and share everyday challenges.

Chair Yoga

Gear specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. No experience or flexibility required.

Yoga: Basics
You will be encouraged through traditional yoga postures with emphasis on steady breathing, proper alignment and self-awareness.

Rise: Recovery In Strength Exercise
A supportive environment with appropriate exercises tailored for each individual to help them regain strength, stamina and balance.

Functional Fitness for Cancer
Exercise safely by using your own body weight for functional exercises that follow everyday movement patterns.


Where: Classes are located in CHEC, Salem Hospital, Building D.

When: Classes are six-week sessions.
