Tacrolimus, Cyclosporin tests now go to reference lab

ARUP will perform tests for next two to three months

Tacrolimus and Cyclosporin are temporarily being sent to the reference lab ARUP. Salem Health Laboratories plans to bring testing back in-house in the next two to three months.

When an order is placed for these tests, lab staff will cancel the order and place a Miscellaneous ARUP order instead. Results will be found under the Miscellaneous order as a result comment. Turnaround time is two to three days.
