Meet our 2026 Keynote speaker

Dr. Stacey Hobbick is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Nursing at the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) School of Nursing, where she teaches in the pre-licensure program and develops learning experiences that strengthen clinical judgment, simulation-based practice and evidence-informed decision-making. Her scholarly work focuses on integrating generative artificial intelligence into nursing education and clinical inquiry, with projects exploring AI-supported clinical reasoning, personalized learning, and innovative approaches to simulation.

She also contributes to statewide faculty development efforts through the Oregon Center for Nursing’s RENEW Initiative at OHSU, supporting new nurse educators in their transition to academic roles. Dr. Hobbick is committed to advancing nursing practice through ethical, practical, and learner-centered applications of emerging technology.
