Epic double upgrade Feb. 28

What you need to know

Here is what you need to know for the Epic 23.5 and 23.8 go-live on Feb. 28:

• There will be downtime from 2 to 4 a.m. on Feb. 28, while changes are applied to the system.
• Some workflow customizations will be unavailable between Feb. 26 and 28. You may not be able to edit smart lists or customize certain aspects, like filters in Chart Review and work lists.
• Epic reports and Slicer Dicer will be unavailable starting at 6 p.m. Feb. 27 for up to 24 hours.
• Training is still available. Please see the Epic SharePoint site for more information.
• A command center will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Feb. 28 to resolve issues during go-live.
