What you need to know about Epic 23.2

Update goes live Aug. 16

What to know and do when Epic 23.2 begins Aug. 16:

• Between Monday, Aug. 14, and Wednesday, Aug. 16, you may be unable to customize certain aspects of your workflow, such as filters in Chart Review and work lists, or edit smart lists.

• Starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15, Epic reports and Slicer Dicer will be unavailable for up to 24 hours.

• Note: On Wednesday, Aug. 16, the Business Intelligence team will retire Epic reports that have not been accessed or run in 15 months or longer. This is part of our ongoing data integrity work to ensure that all information housed in Epic is accurate and used and helps us maintain an up-to-date analytics catalog.

• Downtime is from 2 to 4 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, while changes are applied to the system.

• A command center will be open to resolve issues from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 16.
