Caring for others requires that we also care for ourselves and our colleagues. George Escalante, one of our Resiliency Advocates, along with the SERA team, continues to offer a series of wellness workshops designed to support resilience, strengthen peer support skills, and provide practical tools for navigating the stresses of clinical practice.
These workshops are available to all Salem Health employees as well as employed and non-employed credentialed medical staff. We also encourage you to share these opportunities with provider colleagues and section members who may benefit.
