Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics’ (SHHC) and PacificSource have reached agreement for both commercial plans and Medicare Advantage plans for 2026. These patients will be in-network at all Salem Health facilities in 2026.

Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics continues to negotiate the OHP/Medicaid contract through PacificSource Community Solutions’ Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). This contract is currently set to expire on Dec. 31, 2025.
