Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics’ (SHHC) and PacificSource have reached agreement on 2026 contracts for commercial insurance plans and Medicare Advantage.

The two parties continue to negotiate on the Medicaid contract, which includes PacificSource members covered through the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). If Salem Health and PacificSource are unable to reach an agreement by Dec. 31, 2025, all Salem Health facilities will be out of network for OHP members beginning Jan. 1, 2026.

We know this is unsettling, but we want to assure you that Salem Health will continue to negotiate in good faith as we try to reach an agreement by the contract expiration date.
