Salem Health West Valley Hospital - Joint Commission Accreditation

We are very pleased to announce that in July of 2025, Salem Health West Valley Hospital received accreditation by The Joint Commission for the first time. This is a major milestone that reflects our commitment to safe, high-quality patient care. Joint Commission accreditation is a nationally recognized symbol of quality and safety in health care. It means we’re meeting rigorous standards and continuously striving to improve — all in service of our patients and community.

To maintain the accreditation, a review will be conducted every two years. The next review will be in 2026.
