First of all, we'd like to say a very enthusiastic, “Happy Nurses Week” to each and every one of you, and on behalf of the Medical Staff we represent, we also want thank you for keeping our organization going!
We can confidently say that very little of what happens in health care, in any setting, would be impossible without nurses. This is especially so at Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics — where, in addition to providing simply astounding daily patient care, they reliably and tirelessly strive to make us better as an organization.
Every week, like clockwork, patients and families take time to reflect with us as providers just how meaningful your service and compassion has been to them in their moments of need. And, after many years of working alongside all of you, all we can do is shrug and tell them, “That's just what they do.”
For this, we are truly privileged to walk among you as your colleagues! Any of us would confidently put ourselves or our family members under your care and know that the care they receive would be fantastic!
