I would like to share an update regarding the proposed affiliation with Santiam Hospital & Clinics. The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has advanced our application from preliminary review to comprehensive review status.
This stage starts a more in-depth evaluation process that may take 180 days or more. During this period, the review clock may pause and restart as OHA requests additional information. This allows a deeper examination of potential impacts of the affiliation, including how it supports health equity, lowers costs and improves patient care.
