New ibuprofen pop up for patients younger than 6 months

A safety concern about using ibuprofen for our youngest patients has prompted a new Epic pop up, shown below. It will ask you to reconsider ordering ibuprofen (IV or oral) for patients younger than 6 months and outside of NICU — and will offer alternatives.
