Epic 24.5 goes live Nov. 13

To learn more about the Epic 24.5 upgrade on Wednesday, Nov. 13, visit our training page. There will be no in-person classroom training. 

What you need to know:

• There will be downtime between 0200 and 0400 on Wednesday, Nov. 13, while changes are applied to the system. 
• Between Monday, Nov. 11, and go-live, you may not be able to customize certain aspects of your workflow, such as filters in Chart Review and work lists, or be able to edit smart lists.  
• Epic reports and Slicer Dicer will be unavailable starting at 1800 on Tuesday, Nov. 12, for up to 24 hours.  
• A Command Center will be open from 0700 to 2200 on Wednesday, Nov. 13, to focus on issue resolution during go-live.
