At Salem Health, patient safety is everyone's responsibility, and your perspective is essential. As a credentialed provider, you see firsthand the strengths, challenges and opportunities that shape the care we deliver every day.
The Patient Safety Survey helps us understand how effectively we support safe, reliable, high-quality care. The survey fulfills Joint Commission requirements and provides valuable insight into our safety culture, allowing us to identify trends, recognize strengths and focus improvement efforts where they will have the greatest impact.
This year, Press Ganey will administer the survey. We expect more timely, detailed results and will share key findings, action plans and resources to help strengthen our culture of safety across the organization.
Our goal is 60% provider participation, and we need your help to get there. The survey takes only 10 to 15 minutes but your feedback can drive meaningful improvements for patients, providers and care teams.
You should have already received a survey link in your Salem Health email. Please complete it by Sept. 14.
