Therapy job shadow

Therapy job shadows are intended for those applying for a therapy school program. Salem Health can help you reach your goal by providing some of the shadow hours that you need for applying to a therapy school. We offer a maximum of 15 hours of shadowing experience.

Requirements

  • Must be applying for a therapy program
  • GPA 2.5 or higher
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (and provide proof)

Application process:

To be considered for a job shadow, you must complete the online application. A team member will email you with all your next steps, which will be to submit: 

  1. Completed form packet (PDF)
  2. Tuberculosis test results (within the last year)
  3. Proof of immunization (Tdap, MMR, Varicella)
  4. Proof of flu vaccine (during flu season: Oct. 1 to March 31)
  5. Proof of COVID-19 vaccine
