Orthopedic rehabilitation
Salem Hospital’s Orthopedic Rehabilitation services are designed to meet the needs of patients who have limitations or dysfunctions related to the musculoskeletal system, affecting the muscles, bones, ligaments and tendons.
Whether your musculoskeletal injury is from trauma or a degenerative joint, we’ll work with you on a rehabilitation plan to help get you back to your activities, while decreasing your pain.
We have the clinical expert ready to help you recover from “weekend warrior” injuries or conditions such as arthritis, tendonitis, back and neck pain, sprains and strains.
For outpatient rehabilitation following surgery, you can receive rehabilitation services, including physical and occupational therapy, at our Salem Regional Rehabilitation Center, at West Valley Hospital in Dallas and the Monmouth Medical Center in Monmouth.
Salem Health has rehabilitation services that can provide a broad continuum of care for you. Physical and occupational therapy following surgery begins while you are still in the hospital. We also provide inpatient care following surgery if you need it.
