Leah Mitchell, RNVice President, Kaizen, Quality and Safety Leah Mitchell is the Vice President of Kaizen, Quality, and Safety. She serves as the liaison responsible for supporting the integration of Kaizen principles to improve quality and safety for patients at Salem Health. Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning continuous improvement. |
