West Valley Hospital has been serving the community for more than 100 years. It is the home of Polk County’s only 24-hour emergency department and it offers a wide range of services including imaging, surgery and rehabilitation.

Connections provides wheelchair accessible transportation for patients’ medical appointments to and from several service locations. It is funded by the West Valley Hospital Foundation and staffed entirely by West Valley Hospital volunteers.

Anyone living in Polk County can be taken to any medical, dental, or vision appointment from any service provider in Polk County.
