Today has also gone quite smoothly. We have continued to decrease the backlog of lower priority issues and enhancements and have received very few new tickets.
We have no high priority issues open. Many of the remaining medium priority issues will be addressed in the November maintenance window.

The continued confidence of clinical staff and providers, as well as continued stability of the system, has resulted in the decision to move the command center into on-call mode beginning at 7 p.m. today, Oct. 13. The command center lines will remain open and IS teams will be pulled together to address medium and high priority issues.
