Changes to employee login

For those who log in to Salem Health systems (other than Epic) using the Employee Login link at, please be aware of the following changes, effective Oct. 11. There will be no changes to EpicRemote, other than a visual change to the login screen. We are upgrading the remote access system to improve functionality and security.

  • If you are using the Salem Health network, you will no longer see a “login” link on the Intranet homepage (because you are already logged in).
  • If you have a Salem Health-issued laptop, you will remotely connect using the Pulse Secure application instead of the Network Connect application.
  • There will be some slight look and feel changes and login changes, as outlined in this tip sheet.

Please call the Solution Center at 503-814-4357 if you have any difficulties with remote login after Oct. 11.
