Renee P. Francisco, NNP

Bio
Renee has been a neonatal nurse for 12 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 6 years. She primarily gained experience and expertise in Neonatology in Alaska before moving to Salem to continue the journey of saving tiny lives. Renee believes excellent care is provided when we educate ourselves and learn from each other, and when we take the time to learn about families' cultures/beliefs. She enjoys playing in the great outdoors or even indoors for crafts, as well as spending time with her family.

Interests
Although Renee enjoys every aspect of neonatology, she has special interest in neonatal resuscitation and has been involved in Antimicrobial Stewardship.
