Our staff of health care heroes is used to rapidly changing situations, whether it’s saving patients during emergencies, preparing for natural disasters or adapting to new health care regulations. The COVID-19 pandemic has been no different. We’ve always been ready to care for our community.

Although we know our staff can handle anything thrown their way, we also want to make sure we’re taking care of them. The Salem Health Foundation has stepped in to help by giving all staff free access to Headspace, a mindfulness and meditation app to manage stress and help regulate mental and emotional health.

We want to thank the foundation for its support. And we also want to thank YOU, our community, for your contributions. Not only have your charitable donations helped, but your cooperation and perseverance have been vital during the COVID-19 outbreak.

We could not care for one another without your help, and that’s why we’re proclaiming that our health heroes have a team beyond the walls of our hospitals and clinics. Let’s keep up all the great work and make the kindness everyone has shown extend far into the future!
