Salem Health sponsorships

As a health care organization, Salem Health directs our support to specific groups and activities that are improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Priorities for event sponsorships are given to activities that address key community health needs, promote public awareness of health and health care issues, provide positive public awareness for Salem Heath, and specifically support health and wellness of people living in Marion and Polk counties.

Process

• Requests should be submitted 90 to 120 days before the event
• Requests are reviewed monthly
• Contract for funds and invoices are required if request is awarded

Criteria

• Only not-for-profit organizations will be considered for funding
• National organizations must have a Marion or Polk county event to be considered
• Salem Health will not fund schools, sports teams, individuals, endowments, multiple-year pledge campaigns, operation or capital expenses, or political activities
• Sponsorships do not exceed $5,000 per event without approval from Salem Health administration

• Description of event including date, number of participants, purpose of the event
• Sponsorship benefits for request
