Social Services
Staff from the Social Service Department assist families and patients in a number of ways, including helping patients find the most appropriate place for them once they leave the hospital (home or another care facility), educating patients about various community resources and working with outside agencies to coordinate services for patients and families.
Interpreter services and the Lifeline Program are also coordinated by Social Services.
