Admitting process
We want your admission to the hospital to be as quick and easy as possible.
For your convenience, we offer pre-registration online. The site is intuitive and can be filled out and sent from anywhere that has an Internet connection.
All information that we receive through the online form will be subject to the same privacy and security protection that we use for all medical records. We take patient privacy seriously!
A normal online registration can take 15 minutes or less. However, online registration is not intended for procedures less than 24 hours away.
If you need to register for a procedure that is less than a day away, or just prefer to register by phone, please call us at 503-814-7737. Our office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
