Join chef and restaurant owner Pedro Rosales in the Gehlar Wellness Kitchen for a Cinco de Mayo celebration.

He’ll prepare some traditional favorites including: Mexican style rice, beans from a pot, salsa, and chicken enchiladas. This is one class you do not want to miss!

Pedro Rosales opened La Margarita Co. in 1984. The restaurant offered the first mesquite grilled food in Salem and soon became well known for its specialty Enchiladas Suizas and other dishes from Central Mexico which are based on family recipes.
