The West Valley Hospital Foundation’s 13th annual Moonlight and Vines Gala is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 17, at BeckenRidge Vineyard in Dallas.

The West Valley Hospital Foundation’s 13th annual Moonlight and Vines Gala is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 17, at BeckenRidge Vineyard in Dallas. The event includes a gourmet dinner, dancing and a silent auction.

Proceeds from the event will be used to support scholarships for students pursuing healthcare careers, as well as for West Valley Hospital services such as the Connections Van that provides rides to and from the hospital for patients in need of transportation. Last year’s event netted just under $40,000.

"It's gratifying that year after year so many people support this event which helps keep our local community hospital strong,” said Foundation board and gala chair, Carrie Casebeer.

The event’s Presenting Sponsor is Spirit Mountain Casino, and Gold sponsors are Capitol Auto Group, Meduri Farms and Turner Construction.
