Creekside Dining — our flagship, full-dining café — is where the action is! We have a number of made-to-order stations serving up delights like German sausage with sauerkraut or Thai basil chicken stir-fry. Creekside also offers healthy and yummy grab and go items like salads, sandwiches, soups and Starbucks coffee beverages.

The Lobby Bistro serves up delicious breakfast and lunch entrees, grab-and-go items, and fresh-brewed Starbucks coffee. 

Express Yourself is a gift shop and café offering gifts like teddy bears and balloons along with practical items like phone chargers and hygiene supplies. It also has healthy grab-and-go items like salads, sandwiches, soups and coffee for visitors and staff who are on the move.

In a smaller, more intimate setting, Garden Bistro offers healthy and delicious food items like salads, sandwiches, and soups for visitors and busy clinical staff. 

Each day, our team also prepares catered meals for staff gatherings. They include such tasty menu items as Korean-style ribs (kalbi), steak au poivre and Polynesian chicken with coconut rice. If you love cooking and service on a larger scale and have an eye for tablescapes and presentation, this could be a great fit for you!

Salem Health’s award-winning food service has been in the Press Ganey Top 10 list. Patients can order from a room service menu to enjoy a meal based on the diet prescribed by their physicians, and their guests can order visitor room service. Nutrition Services will meet any special cultural or personal dietary needs to deliver delicious, made-to-order meals.
