Requirements:

• High school student
• In a Health Services class (Health Services 1 or 2)
• Applying for your class experiences at Salem Health

Application process: 

To be considered for a job shadow, you must complete the online application. A team member will email you with all your next steps, which will be to submit:

1. Completed form packet (PDF).
2. Tuberculosis test results (within the last year)
3. Proof of immunization (Tdap, MMR, Varicella)
4. Proof of flu vaccine (during flu season: Oct. 1 to March 31)
